We have a new series of classes for anyone looking to improve their health and wellness with food!

Cindy Santa Ana, Nutritional Therapist and Culinary Nutrition Expert will be teaching her Spring series at The Wellness Kitchen!

Cindy is the author of “Unprocessed Living: 3 Easy Steps to Transition into Healthy Eating”, and has a practice right here in Warrenton. All classes are gluten, dairy, soy, corn and refined sugar free!
